During my stay in Gatineau, at the Best Western Plus Gatineau-Ottawa Downtown, I was pleasantly surprised by the successful blend of traditional charm and modern amenities. The convenience of the 24-hour fitness center allowed me to maintain my routine even while traveling. In terms of safety features, I felt reassured by the presence of a carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, and other security measures, ensuring a worry-free stay. The complimentary wireless Internet access was a nice touch for staying connected.One highlight was the daily culinary experience. The chef's personal touch shone through in each plate served, showcasing a delightful fusion of flavors. The bilingual staff at the 24-hour front desk were incredibly helpful, seamlessly switching between English and French to assist guests. Their attentiveness added to the overall positive experience.my stay was made comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to the thoughtful features and dedicated staff at this hotel in Gatineau.
